Roof Whisperer Inspection & Report Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Services: The Roof Whisperer provides roof condition reports based on extensive experience in diagnosing, repairing, and replacing roofs. These reports cover observations related to roof cladding, gutters, and downpipes. Our inspections are conducted with the aid of drone technology to enhance the thoroughness of our observations.

2. Not a Registered Builder: Please note that the Roof Whisperer is not a registered builder, structural engineer, or an expert in structural matters. The reports generated do not constitute a professional assessment or certification of the structural integrity of the building.

3. Nature of the Report: The report provided by the Roof Whisperer is based solely on the visible observations made during the drone-assisted inspection. The findings in the report are limited to what could be observed at the time of inspection. While we strive to provide a comprehensive and accurate account, there is a possibility that certain issues may not have been detected on the day of the inspection.

4. Limitations and Exclusions: The inspection and report do not cover hidden or latent defects that are not visible without invasive measures. - The report does not include an assessment of the structural framework, interior components, or any elements not explicitly mentioned as within the scope (roof cladding, gutters, and downpipes). - Weather conditions, lighting, and other environmental factors at the time of the inspection may affect the visibility and detection of certain issues.

5. Disclaimer of Liability: While all reasonable care is taken to ensure the accuracy of the inspection and the resulting report, the Roof Whisperer accepts no responsibility or liability for any issues that were not observed or reported. The report should be used as one component of your overall assessment and maintenance strategy for your roof. It is recommended to seek further evaluation from a registered builder or structural engineer for a comprehensive understanding of your roof’s condition.

6. No Warranty: The Roof Whisperer provides no warranty, express or implied, regarding the future condition, performance, or lifespan of the roof, gutters, or downpipes based on the inspection report. The report represents the condition of the roof only at the time of the inspection.

7. Client Responsibility: It is the client's responsibility to use the information provided in the report judiciously and to undertake any recommended follow-up actions, including obtaining further inspections or repairs from qualified professionals as necessary.

8. Acceptance of Terms: By engaging the Roof Whisperer’s services and receiving the inspection report, the client acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions in full. The client understands that the report is a limited assessment and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Roof Whisperer from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use or reliance on the report.

9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Roof Whisperer operates.
